Bill Isaacs
I believe every pastor needs a coach. In the same way, athletes depend on the insights and investments of coaches to fine-turn their performance, pastors ofttimes need a second set of eyes and ears to help them navigate the challenging vocation of pastoring a local church. My own life has been marked by men who intentionally came alongside me to mentor and coach me and their influence lives on and has shaped the many relationships I’ve been privilege to have with pastors around the world. In my view, coaching is not therapy nor is it counseling. It is a commitment of one person with training and credentials to invest in the growth and development of another individual pursuing excellence that serves the higher calling of God for their life.

Kevin has been in full-time ministry for over 31 years. He has served in many churches and positions as well. Most recently as a Lead Pastor. He has a passion for the local church and in raising up next-generation leaders.

Don and his wife, Marcy have five children, one daughter-in-love and one grandson. They planted two churches and revitalized two churches. He is currently the lead pastor of Lighthouse Full Gospel Church of God.

Byron Powers
Pastor Byron Powers, along with his wife, Frankie, have served in pastoral ministry for almost 40 years. Theyare presently in their sixth year of serving as Lead Pastors at Compass Worship Center Church of God in Ludowici, GA. Obviously the experiences encountered, and challenges faced in his ministry provide a wide gamut of information and knowledge from which to draw to assist in the coaching/mentoring relationship.
