ABOUT US

ForwardCoaching is an entity of the Center for Pastoral Excellence (CPE), a global training initiative for pastors. CPE was designed in 2014 to provide training for pastors in a wide range of different contexts, levels of experience, and skills development. Our goal is to help pastors grow in their leadership potential and provide relevant and contextualized content for training and interaction. We are partnered with leaders in 27 countries of the world and work with a wide range of organizations.

Our coaching philosophy is personal, interactive, and strategically built around the concept of the desired focus by the pastor who is using our service. Our coaches craft training and coaching sessions around mutually understood and embraced outcomes so that the pastor can feel the emphasis is on what they need and want.

We are mindful of the busy schedules of pastors and work to provide flexibility with scheduling and costs. We provide scholarships for pastors who demonstrate need and believe our costs are lower than almost any coaching agency we know of. Our mission is to help pastors and our coaches are all active pastors at this time within the United States. However, we have coached and are actively coaching pastors in several countries of the world such as Canada, England, Latvia, Germany, etc.
