Stephanie Francis

Stephanie Francis a woman of God, mother, wife, Lead pastor, and cosmetologist. Pastor Stephanie has served in ministry for 24 years. She is a licensed minister of the Church of God since 2008. She also presently resides in Houma, La.

Pastor Stephanie graduated high school in 1988 and then attended Cosmetology school and became a licensed cosmologist. She continues to work in the field part time for 31 years. She has served in ministry for 24 years. She has served as a children’s pastor for 4 years, youth pastor for 10 years, worship leader and associate pastor for 4 years. She and her husband, Nolan Francis presently pastor 3:16 Church which they planted 7 1/2 years ago.

Stephanie completed the MIP (Ministerial Internship program) and the CAMS program through the church of God. She also attained college credits through Nicholls State University, Delgado community College, and Lee University online program in leadership development.
Pastor Stephanie and Nolan have been married for 28 years with two children and one daughter-in-law, Davin/Kelly, and Alexis.

Pastor Stephanie passionately serves her family and community. She loves the Lord and strives to serve the Kingdom of God with her whole heart. She believes her call in the kingdom is to “love, serve, equip, and empower others.
